South Waikato Achievement Trust is a disability support organisation in Tokoroa, providing day-to-day support services for people with disabilities and their whānau. As a community support provider, the focus remains practical and goal-led, supporting activities that reflect individual lives and choices.
Support is delivered through residential services, creative arts programmes, vocational employment and community-based activities. Individual plans are shaped around personal interests and goals, helping ensure community participation is realistic, consistent and centred on what matters most.
More than 150 staff work across the Trust, including team leaders and specialist roles that support goal setting across home life, community activities and work opportunities. Consistent staffing supports stable relationships, ensuring plans remain practical and achievable.
