Russell Ensor has been part of South Waikato Achievement Trust since 1992 and has served as Chief Executive since 2012. With more than three decades of experience within the organisation, he has played a key role in its growth and evolution, leading with a strong commitment to empowering people with disabilities to live fulfilling and independent lives. Russell is passionate about building meaningful community partnerships, creating employment opportunities and ensuring the Trust continues to make a lasting difference across the South Waikato.
