Ray Adlam

Ray has built an international career leading large-scale geothermal, oil and gas drilling projects across New Zealand, Asia Pacific, Central America and Europe. With extensive executive experience in project management, health and safety, strategy, finance and risk management, he brings significant governance and leadership expertise. Ray is also passionate about giving back, co-running the Random Acts of Kindness charity with his wife to support seriously ill children and their families.
