Packaging Unit

The Packaging Unit has thirty employees some of whom have been employed for ten years plus and have receive continuous on site training to suit the tasks involved.

We hold currently two large contracts for component assembly packaging that requires often heat sealing into retail packs. Furthermore, the team fills a number of different types of fluids into appropriate plastic bottles.

The Unit has a number of special jigs tailor made to suit the task. This provides accuracy and a constantly high quality finished product.

From a production capacity the Packaging Unit has excellent capacity to take on board additional orders whether they are for a few hundred or up to 50,000 units.

Our normal practice is to discuss with the customer, in the first instance, their specific requirements, provide a written quote and delivery date expectations.

Barcoding products are a significant inclusion in the process and labels are applied under strict production disciplines.

Once the products are packed into their shipping outer the pallets are shrink wrapped and photographed to indicate to the customer the condition the pallet was when it left our dockway.
